To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a professional service firm, experience in drafting company secretarial documentation and making filings with the Companies Registration Office, a keen eye for detail, the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise well, be very organised, client-focused and of course have a good sense of humour! Drafting Company Secretarial documentation including allotment & transfer of shares, redemption and buyback of shares, share for share and share for undertaking exchanges, Summary Approval Procedures, change of directors, change of company constitutions and voluntary strike off.
